Into the Deep is a conversation card game intended for adults aged 18 and over. You agree to use it lawfully and respectfully, and to play only with a consenting partner.

The cards are prompts, not instructions. You and your partner are always free to skip any card, change heat levels, or stop at any time. You are responsible for the choices you make while playing.

All cards, text, artwork, and branding are the property of Into the Deep and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

The app is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee it will always be error-free.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
